I am a consultant and Mike Shatzkin’s right-hand at The Idea Logical Company. I manage our client work and day-to-day operations. The majority of my time these days is devoted to coordinating the conference programming efforts for Digital Book World and our latest venture, Publishers Launch Conferences.

A little history…
I was born in Baltimore, but grew up in East Tennessee. Home right now is a little place called New York City. My background is in art, photography, literacy development and early education. I started working in publishing in early 2010, and I haven’t looked back.
I believe in strength, honesty, loyalty, and humility. I believe in a sense of humor and a sense of responsibility. I believe in faith without hypocrisy and love without judgment.
I believe in potential and in promise. I believe that people are brimming with power, poetry, and, above all, possibility. I believe that life should be spent in the pursuit of compassion, of creation, and of knowledge. I believe that words have the power to change the world.
